The MAR Program (Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher) services all schools registered with the National Center for Educational Statistics.
The Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher program has been developed to provide affordable computers to those who would otherwise be unable to access computers. These refurbished computers are provided through community based non-profit agencies and there are some special requirements for acquiring computers.

Please fill out the Computer Equipment Request Form below.
Click Computer Equipment Request for a Computer Equipment Request Form. When the "File Download" window displays, you can click on "Open" to open the form with your word processor program or you can click on "Save" to save to your computer. Fill out the form completely and fax it in per instructions on the form.
